When Cajun Constructors needed to transform an outdated metal building into a modern, functional office space for the operations of its Deep Foundation Division, it chose Block Construction for the over 10,000 square foot, $1.6M renovation and addition. This project consisted of a complete exterior and interior renovation of the existing 3,111 square foot office building with an addition of 7,297 square feet of new interior and exterior office space. During the nine months of construction, the entire Block team completed the project without interrupting the day-to-day work schedule of the Cajun Constructors' employees.
