Hughes House, named after Dunbar High School Coach Robert Hughes Sr., the winningest boys’ basketball coach in history, will be a mixed-use development that will provide approximately 200 apartments along with 12,000 square-feet of ground-level commercial space, perfect for neighborhood businesses. We are looking forward to completing this project which will help shape the community and provide much needed amenities and housing, thanks to the Stop Six Choice Neighborhood Initiative.
