The Reserve at Howell Place will house 300 one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. A 13 building garden style walk up apartment complex spit in two separate sites with clubhouse, pool and amenities on both sites.

Construction is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024. The project is Block’s 5^th project CST Development. With collaboration of a great project team comprising of CST, Benchmark Group and The Architectural Studios, we look forward to the successful execution and completion of the project.
