Commonwealth Advisors is located in the W.T. Grant Building in Downtown Baton Rouge. The Building and overall design approach was to create a successful high-performance office space that captures both the essence of an early 20th century structure while totally integrating 21st century concepts along with a state of the art support systems. The result of this $580,000 project is a unique space in downtown Baton Rouge that is reminiscent of what the city once was and spotlights what is and will be possible with great planning, impeccable design and superior building. This project was recognized as a “Green” project and won a Good Growth award for Best Rehab in 2008. It also received an “Award of Excellence” from South Central Construction Magazine in its Best of 2008 Awards and from the ABC Pelican Chapter.
