During the Great Flood of 2016 in Louisiana, the entire Juban Crossing development took several feet of water. Block Construction was onsite days after the flood to begin dewatering and remediating over half of the tenant spaces at Juban Crossing. Block completed more than 212,757 SF of tenant space in time for the Friday after Thanksgiving, 2016 on the following spaces:
