Citi Scape is a garden-style multifamily community in Baton Rouge that underwent a strategic expansion and modernization. The project added 83 new apartment homes while enhancing existing amenities, improving building exteriors, and upgrading shared community spaces to elevate resident experience and long-term asset performance. Designed to strengthen housing options in the area, the redevelopment focused on quality, durability, and improved livability for current and future residents.
