Grove Park Apartments is a 120-unit affordable housing community located within one of Atlanta’s most active urban infill corridors. Designed with a split-level configuration to optimize a challenging site, the redevelopment delivers modern, efficient apartment homes alongside improved community amenities and upgraded infrastructure. The project supports long-term neighborhood revitalization while preserving affordability for residents in a rapidly changing area of the city.

Affordable housing development utilizing 4% LIHTC, CDBG funding, HUD financing, and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages in partnership with the City of Atlanta.
