The Oleanders at Broadway is a 345-unit, five-city-block urban infill affordable housing community developed in partnership through the Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI). Designed to replace aging public housing lost to prior storm events, the expansive redevelopment brings modern, resilient apartment homes back to the island at a meaningful scale.
Spanning a prominent stretch of the Broadway corridor, the community integrates contemporary finishes, efficient building systems, and thoughtfully planned amenity spaces. Its multi-block footprint enhances walkability, improves neighborhood connectivity, and supports long-term revitalization efforts.
