Renaissance Gateway is a transformative, total-gut rehabilitation of an existing 208-unit community in North Baton Rouge. The redevelopment revitalized aging housing stock to better serve local residents, improving accessibility, safety, and long-term sustainability.
Financing:
Sponsored in partnership with the City of Baton Rouge and the Parish of East Baton Rouge through the Restoration Tax Abatement Program, the project was financed in part using Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages throughout construction.
