Our value engineering work typically includes owner/design team consultation, relationship-building and scoping with each subcontractor trade, developing cost options and alternatives, with a final proposal presentation.
We work closely with architects and owners to accurately estimate project budgets, drawing upon our experience and capabilities, historic costs and forecasted scheduling. We view cost estimating as an important measure of our team’s integrity, acumen and competence, and one or more Block Companies owners will always participate in this process, no matter the project size or scope.
