Rosemary’s Place is a 149-unit permanent supportive housing community developed to provide safe, stable, and service-enriched homes for Houston’s most vulnerable residents. Located within an urban infill setting, the development delivers modern, efficient units alongside dedicated spaces for on-site supportive services, case management, and community programming. Built in partnership with Magnificat Houses, the City of Houston, and Harris County, Rosemary’s Place plays a vital role in advancing the region’s housing-first strategy and creating long-term pathways to stability and independence.
Permanent supportive housing development utilizing 4% LIHTC, CDBG-DR17 funding, Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages, and support from Harris County and the City of Houston.
