Temenos is a 98 unit urban infill permanent supportive housing community in Houston, developed to provide long-term, service-enriched housing for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of housing instability. Designed as a podium-style building, the project integrates high-quality, efficient residential units with on-site supportive services delivered in partnership with Bread of Life, a local nonprofit. Temenos plays a critical role in Houston and Harris County’s broader housing-first initiatives, offering safe, stable, and dignified homes that promote resident well-being and community reintegration.
Permanent supportive housing development utilizing 4% LIHTC, CDBG-DR17 funding, Davis Bacon Prevailing Wages, and support from Harris County and the City of Houston.
