The Standard at Boswell is a three-story, 126-unit affordable housing community in the growing North Fort Worth corridor. Designed to provide high-quality, attainable living for families and individuals, the development features modern, energy-efficient apartment homes and contemporary community amenities. Developed in partnership with Fort Worth Housing Solutions, the project strengthens the city’s affordable housing inventory while supporting long-term neighborhood growth and stability.
