This project will develop multi-family and retail space at the historic former Sacred Heart Church on St Bernard Avenue in the 7th Ward of New Orleans. The project will renovate the Sacred Heart Church into 6 rental units and construct a new 4 story building of 47 residential rental units, leasing and residential amenities, a small public community room and approximately 4,200 square feet of retail/commercial space on the ground floor.
