Block Companies were proud to join the Louisiana Housing Corporation, CST Multifamily Group, and The Architectural Studio for the groundbreaking of the Reserve at Joor Place. Block Companies were selected as the General Contractor for the new 360-unit affordable housing multifamily property in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The three-story property will feature floorplans with up to four bedrooms, plus a swimming pool, dog park, basketball court, playground and a business center. We look forward to the completion of this project which will bring affordable living options for people in the East Baton Rouge area!
