Cowan Place Senior Living
This project is Phase 1 of the Stop Six Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) and is funded by a HUD CNI grant awarded to FWHS and the city of Fort Worth. Cowan Place is a modern, senior, multifamily urban revitalization consisting of 174 units. The building will include some elements of universal design and the following community and activity spaces for the residents: community garden, health suite, a beauty salon, and fitness center.
