Columbia Parc Senior Residences is a 120 unit apartment complex located at the intersection of Caton and Duplessis Streets in New Orleans. The project, which also includes a leasing office, theater, library, computer room, fitness center, and craft room, was awarded the first Platinum LEED Certification for Homes in the state of Louisiana. This new development is part of the Housing Authority of New Orleans’ newly created mixed-income development where the St. Bernard public housing site was previously located.
