The Louisiana High School Athletic Association needed to modernize and expand its main office in Baton Rouge, LA LHSAA officials selected Block to build the $2.5 million, ground-up project, consisting of a partial demo of the existing building and renovation of approximately 4,600 SF of existing space. Block also constructed approximately 17,720 SF of a new pre-engineered metal building and handled complete site landscaping and construction of a courtyard area.
