Block Companies was proud to join the Louisiana Housing Corporation, CST Multifamily Group, and The Architectural Studio for the groundbreaking of the Reserve at Joor Place. Block Companies was selected as the General Contractor for the new 360-unit affordable housing multifamily property in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The three-story property will feature floorplans with up to four bedrooms, plus a swimming pool, dog park, basketball court, playground and a business center.
