The most recent project that Block Builders completed for me was the completion of a half-built apartment complex in Lafayette, LA. The project was originally known as “The Reserve at Acadiana.” We bought the loan on the defaulted project, foreclosed, and hired Block Builders to complete the construction for us. This was a very difficult project as it included taking over someone else’s mess, mold remediation, etc. Block Builders did an excellent job with it. They completed the job on time and on-budget, and we had a very successful investment.
