HUD: The Highland Club Apartments Phase III consists of 32 Class A apartments added to its current campus of 244 units. The project also includes a complete upgrade and expansion to the current fitness area and pool with the addition of a tanning ledge, 2 pavilions, an exercise track with exercise stations, dog park, and sand volleyball court.
