Two new Shell buildings consisting of tilt-wall construction, structural steel, TPO roofing system, underground utilities, and parking lot to accommodate various retail and office space at Juban Crossing. C building is approximately 40,000sf and will accommodate approximately eight new tenants, and E building is approximately 54,000sf and will accommodate approximately five new tenants.
