We’re excited to announce that Block Companies has broken ground on the One Westside project in Chattanooga, Tennessee!
This transformative development will bring 230 new units to the College Hill Courts area, featuring a podium-style building and four garden-style buildings with split foundations.
One Westside will offer a range of amenities, including a leasing office, clubhouse, pool, dog park, fitness center, and play areas designed to serve residents of all ages.
We’re proud to be a part of this project, which is made possible through a combination of private and public funding, including grants and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. We can’t wait to see One Westside come to life and make a positive impact on the Chattanooga community!
