This project is a 365 unit, split level podium, wrapping and precast garage. The Standard is a new, luxury apartment community in The Heights – one of Houston’s most vibrant, ever-changing and creative neighborhoods. The Standard features industrial architecture melded with modern interior design and layered with hospitality-inspired features and amenities. The four-story property suits an array of lifestyles with a mix of open concept studios, one, two and three- bedroom floorplans. Discover elevated living in a historic Houston neighborhood known for its celebrated restaurants and one of the largest art communities in the city – create your own story at The Standard in The Heights. Block enjoyed working on our 5^th project with developer Ojala Holdings, LLC. The project was certainly a challenging collaborative effort between all parties. The project was successfully completed on the original contracted timeframe while navigating the unique challenges of the 2020 global COVID-19 pandemic.
