The Reserve at Power Place
Block Companies was proud to be selected as the General Contractor for the construction of Reserve at Power Place, located in Lake Charles, Louisiana. A CST Land Developers project, this 140+ unit apartment complex will bring much needed affordable housing options for the Lake Charles region. The project will consist of five, three-story buildings, featuring great amenities like a clubhouse, pool, dog park, basketball court, fitness room, and laundromat. We were honored to be entrusted with this project and value our relationship with CST Land Developers.
